Then you need to consider our 1:1 Outreach Tutor roles. At 1st Staff, we work closely with Local Authorities (Virtual Schools and SEN teams) to provide specialist 1:1 tuition and therapeutic support. Our tutors deliver tuition sessions in learner’s homes, local libraries or community centres, rather than in a typical classroom environment! This allows our tutors and young people to build a meaningful rapport which encourages high levels of engagement. We are currently searching for Outreach Tutors in the Braintree area. Multiple positions are available, and hiring is ongoing to meet the wide variety of needs we support.
