1. Support forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
2. Create the files required to consolidate the inputs from regions and product lines that will be used with senior leadership for the bi-weekly forecasting reviews
3. Assist in monthly financial reporting, including preparation of variance analysis and performance dashboards.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data and validate assumptions use in the forecast.
5. Perform cost analysis, margin reviews, and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
7. Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management reviews and global FP&A initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge about ERPs/financial systems is a plus.
10. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
11. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

To be successful in this role you will:
16. Recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business management or any other business-related program.
17. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
18. Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
19. Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
