Key Purpose of the role:
You’ll be a shining star when it comes to the role of a
FOH Team Member, leading by example and exceeding expectations at every turn.
In addition, this role plays a key part in assisting the management team in
meeting all business standards and legal requirements. The FOH Team Leader is
expected to understand each section in the restaurant and kitchen areas,
ultimately supporting the FOH across all areas, but at times may be required to
support the BOH team. The FOH Team Leader will always create a customer focused
environment, anticipating customer and team needs along with enthusiasm and
professionalism, in order to drive repeat business, success and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Team Member responsibilities
* Be
responsible for opening and closing the store to company standards.
* Be able
to complete end of night cash management procedures.
* Ensure
that you comply with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety, Food
Hygiene and Licensing laws and as per training provided.
* Coaching
and training new and existing team members.
* Delivering
our food and drink to specification, understanding the
importance of quality and consistency.
* Assist
in overall day to day management, for both Front of House and Back of House
displaying a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
* Ensure
that all audit/ inspection requirements are adhered to, including Health & Safety
and Food Safety Audits, Stock management, Financial Audits and Environmental
Health visits.
* Supports
the management team to control costs without compromising standards and the
customer experience.
* Can
fully explain and demonstrate the allergen procedures.
* Communicate
key messages to the team.
* Talk
to and gain feedback from the guests, dealing appropriately with any complaints.
* Get
involved in team meetings.
* Motivate
the team through recognition and positive feedback.
