Job Summary
The post holder is responsible for providing high-quality patient care at all care levels in the NICU, ensuring evidence-based practice and high standards. They will act as a mentor/preceptor, teaching and supervising staff within the team. The post holder will effectively induct new staff and facilitate their personal and professional development, including identifying training needs, providing development opportunities, and evaluating progress according to Trust procedures. Monitoring and guiding junior staff, demonstrating Trust values, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, quality care for babies and families are essential responsibilities.

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week
