We are looking for a Customer Advisor to advise customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about our products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to find a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

* Learn and understand our products — packed with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. We’re not just selling a skincare routine; we’re helping communities build a better life.
* Learn our customers' needs and recommend from our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products to enhance their experience.
* Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service.
