Were partnering with a high-performing Education business to hire an IT Business Analyst, where you will join a newly formed Digital delivery team, so support a range of Change initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with some breadth to the project areas they've worked across,who enjoys variety and can confidently support change across applications, service improvement, cyber, infrastructure and cloud-enabled initiatives.
What youll be doing
* Run stakeholder sessions and capture functional and non-functional requirements
* Lead process mapping and documentation (As-Is / To-Be)
* Produce clear documentation (workflows, requirements packs, decision logs, supporting artefacts)
* Help translate needs into deliverable outcomes across multiple workstreams
* Spot gaps, risks and dependencies early and escalate appropriately
* Support delivery teams with clarity, structure and momentum
What were looking for
1. Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst across varied IT projects and initiatives
2. Confident with process mapping, leading stakeholder workshops, and clear documentation
