Role overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth of both our UK & EMEA wide client portfolio. This position will be based out of our London office. The ideal applicant will have a strong track record of nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke, complex mass payment solutions to meet their diverse needs. The right applicant will also possess a deep understanding of mass payment rails (e.g. BACS, Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT, FX management, API integrations) and how they can deliver effective and scalable outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for creating and driving demand across multiple industry verticals including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, Expense Management etc, for our mass payments offering. The Enterprise Sales Manager is a key individual contributor role, coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams, and will operate at all organisational levels, including C-suite.


Responsibilities

* Drive revenue by initiating and closing enterprise deals; manage complex hunting sales with a proven track record
* Sell Payroll / Mass Payments solutions
* Manage long sales timelines (6–12 months) and nurture leads; lead discovery meetings using consultative questioning and a challenger mindset
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the right resources and expertise are in place when pitching and nurturing clients
* Maintain attention to detail and adapt to multi-cultural environments; strong verbal and written communication
* Develop a pipeline independently; act as a self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to building relationships and moving opportunities to close
* Identify creative strategies to engage customers and generate incremental revenue; cross/up-sell to new and existing accounts
* Create and deliver presentations to C-suite and lead meetings to identify client needs


What we are looking for in the candidate

* 8+ years of progressively complex hunting sales experience with a proven track record of initiating and closing deals; strong outreach and revenue impact
* Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions
* Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture leads; proficient in discovery and consultative selling
* Effective collaboration with stakeholders to mobilize resources during pitches
* Attention to detail; strong communication skills; comfortable in multi-cultural environments
* Hunter mindset; comfortable engaging cold and warm prospects
* Self-starter with ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through to closing
* Creative strategies to engage customers; proven ability to cross/up-sell
* Experience presenting to C-suite and leading client discussions to identify needs
