Role: Construction Site Administrator / Coordinator Location: Winsford, Cheshire Duration: Initial contract: Minimum 6 months Potential extension: Up to 18 months Start Date: ASAP Reporting to: Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Manager Assist with report preparation and documentation Utilise a site activity tracking software (full training provided) Manage the Site Manager’s calendar and daily schedule Organise meetings and take minutes where required Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in an administrative role (construction sector experience advantageous) Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and telephone skills Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Confident using IT systems and software Working Hours & Flexibility: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote working Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (including 1 hour paid lunch) 37.5 hours per week Flexibility on start/finish times can be discussed Salary & Benefits: Salary: 26/28K 4 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays Free on-site parking Supportive and positive working environment
