Responsibilities
* Develop and implement category strategies for Contact Centre spend, driving cost savings and performance improvements.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholder groups and external vendors, becoming the go‑to procurement specialist for the category.
* Manage large, outsourced contracts for Business Services, securing value and managing contractual risk.
* Lead the procurement process, from market research and supplier qualification to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
* Represent procurement in cross‑functional project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of software and services to business initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Contact Centre services procurement or large, outsourced Business Service contracts.
* Proven ability to challenge the status quo and articulate procurement value to senior stakeholders.
* Strong influencing skills with demonstrated stakeholder engagement across the business.
* Experience in category development, spend management and supplier performance monitoring.
