Support Worker


60 per hour


Contract/hours: 37.5 hour contract


We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they wantto, whetherthat's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have thecommitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.


Whowill you be supporting?


This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with theirday-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along withemployment, Volunteering and hobbies.
