4Leisure Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple open water lifeguard jobs in Tamworth and surrounding areas! These opportunities are ideal for all Open water Lifeguards who are available and want to work in some of the best outdoor pools Tamworth has to offer! This will be a 0 hour contract/shift work where you are in charge of what hours you work, allowing you to still have as much freedom and flexibility as you need while you work as a lifeguard within our team.

Salary: £14.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid fortnightly! Full-time and part-time roles available! Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing incidents and responding quickly to emergencies.
Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
Assist with pool operations, including setting up and packing away equipment as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by supporting and engaging with pool visitors.
