The Role As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of hotel events and ensuring that all restaurant-related event bookings are flawlessly coordinated with the reservation team. Coordinate with the Restaurant Reservation Manager to align restaurant bookings with event needs. Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and preferences. Develop detailed event proposals, floor plans, and schedules. Communicate event requirements with internal departments including F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk. Supervise event setup and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of all bookings, and correspondence. The Person The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or venue that works closely with an in-house restaurant or food and beverage team. You are a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering seamless, memorable guest experiences. Highly organized and personable, you thrive in a hospitality environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a client-focused mindset, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations and cross-department coordination. A professional appearance, excellent command of the English language, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.
