We are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a busy local authority team in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housing professional to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused housing management service to tenants across general needs properties.
Responsibilities
* Manage a patch of tenancies, provide advice and support to residents, carry out home visits, and work proactively to sustain tenancies.
* Handle anti‑social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and neighbourhood issues, taking appropriate enforcement action where required.
* Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable tenants and resolve complex cases.
* Conduct regular estate inspections, tenancy reviews, and participate in community engagement.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
* Experienced housing professional with a track record of delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused housing management service.
* Office attendance 4 days per week, with 1 day working remotely.
* Must have business insurance for your vehicle or be willing to obtain this.
