Shop Manager – Aviemore
Salary: £27,212.50 (pay review pending)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Aviemore
We are looking for a confident and community‑driven person to take the lead as the shop manager. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing and motivating a diverse team, and taking creative control of visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team, ensuring high standards of customer service and performance.
* Recruit, develop and retain a diverse workforce.
* Engage with the local community to identify opportunities to increase the shop’s contribution.
* Drive visual merchandising, attract customers, and promote Shelter’s mission.
* Implement and uphold Safeguarding Policies and professional conduct.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing and motivating a team.
* Excellent communication skills and community engagement experience.
* Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations.
