Training Partner : Manufacturing

Salary: Up to GBP 43,500
Contract: Full Time Permanent Onsite
A leading UK engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Training Partner to join its manufacturing division and play a key role in developing the skills, capability, and performance of colleagues across multiple technical teams.

The Role As the Training Partner, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes for a variety of manufacturing functions. Your work will directly support operational leaders and contribute to a robust internal managment system.
You will be responsible for:
: Designing, developing, and delivering technical and non:technical training.
: Creating development pathways and identifying appropriate external/internal training options.
: Developing assessment tools to certify skills and ensure competence levels.
: Maintaining accurate training data, records, and skills matrices.
: Uploading and managing course content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
: Collaborating closely with team leaders to understand critical skill requirements.
About You
You will be a hands:on, proactive Training or Learning and Development professional with experience in a manufacturing environment. You should have:
: Experience delivering training within engineering, automotive,aerospace, defence, or similar environments.
: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder:management skills.
: The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
: Experience developing training materials and assessment tools.
: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
: A collaborative, organised, and detail:driven approach.
Qualifications:
: Level 4 (HNC) or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
: A Train:the:Trainer qualification is beneficial but not essential.
