* Qualifications
* Proven janitorial experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills for customer interactions
* Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.
