The Role
We're HonestBrands, the fastest growing e-com community in the UK.
We're not gurus, we're DTC operators who also help people start and scale e-com brands.
This is not a stuffy corporate bullshit role.
We're looking for someone who is high agency who can help us 4x the business in the next 2 years.
Help us grow and you'll be rewarded.
You'll be building our marketing team from the ground up working closely with the founder.
You'll be:
* Driving paid performance (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
* Building a world-class creative pipeline (UGC, ads, angles)
* Hiring and leading a lean, killer marketing team
* Owning CAC, MER, and revenue growth
If you like scaling things, breaking things, fixing them, and then scaling again — you'll fit right in.
What You'll Own
Paid Growth
* Scale and optimise paid channels (Meta, YouTube, Google)
* Manage significant budgets and push for efficient growth
* Constantly test, iterate, and find new angles
* Manage our editors, media buyer, agencies and creators
Creative Engine
* Build a creative machine of:
* UGC creators
* Creative strategists
* Video editors
* Drive high-volume creative testing (hooks, formats, offers)

* Media buyers
* Creative strategists
* Email/SMS marketers
* Affiliate managers
* Bring in and manage specialist agencies where needed
Systems & Strategy
* Build processes for:
* Creative testing
* Campaign scaling
* Performance tracking
* Work closely with founders on growth strategy
What We're Looking ForMust-haves:
* Proven experience scaling paid ads (Meta + ideally YouTube)
* Managed serious budgets (£50k–£500k+/month range)
* Strong understanding of creative strategy (not just media buying)
* Deep understand of all acquisition channels
* Experience hiring and leading a team
* Comfortable owning numbers (CAC, MER, ROAS)
* Proactive and high agency — you don't need telling what to do
Bonus points:
* Ecommerce / DTC background
* Experience working with UGC at scale
* Experience managing agencies (and knowing when to fire them)
This is NOT for you if:
* You've only ever "managed campaigns" without real ownership
* You prefer brand marketing over performance marketing
* You only want to manage people, not get your hands dirty
* You've never hired or led a team
This IS for you if:
* You've scaled ad accounts and can prove it
* You think in tests, systems, and leverage
* You care about results, not just activity
* You want real ownership (and accountability)
* You've crushed growth at a DTC brand and fancy a change of roles
What You Get
* Real ownership over growth (no micromanagement)
* Ability to build your own team from the ground up
* Fast-moving environment — ideas → execution quickly
* Direct impact on revenue
* Trips to Barcelona and London
We're not looking for a "marketer."
We're looking for a builder.
