Placement Officer (Early Years)
Location: Swindon - Queens Drive Campus
Salary: £23,380 - £25,121 per annum

What you will do as a Placement Officer
In this role you will help students gain meaningful, career-shaping experience in Early Years settings. You'll be the friendly, professional link between learners, employers and teaching teams - making sure every placement is safe, supportive and aligned with students' goals.
You will visit placement sites - before and during - to ensure the placement is going smoothly (mileage paid through expenses), liaise with local organisations and ensure all the right checks and paperwork are in place. You'll also play a key part in supporting T-Level delivery and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Experience/Qualifications of a Placement Officer
You'll need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent experience), a full UK driving licence and a passion for helping students succeed. You will need to be organised, approachable and ready to take ownership of a vital part of our learners' journey.
