Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Provide software maintenance and support to customers across Gladstone products.
* Investigate and resolve service calls, software defects, and customer queries.
* Own customer cases, communicate effectively, and meet SLAs and KPIs.
* Liaise with other departments and suppliers to support customers.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to knowledge base updates.
* Support project and virtual team efforts for product support and support documentation.
* Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
* Develop expertise in specific products/services and support customer needs proactively.
* Support out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis.
Qualifications:
* Understanding of IIS, Azure, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, IT support environment, and relevant certifications preferred.
* Experience in leisure industry software or APIs is advantageous.
Personal Attributes:
* Quick learner, excellent communicator, customer-focused, able to work under pressure.
* Experience in retail, identity management, database integrations is desirable.
