I'm recruiting for one of the fastest-growing insurance divisions in the UK - and they're looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales operation.
This is a career-defining role: you'll be at the forefront of shaping a high-growth insurance business, driving performance across SME and Enterprise markets, and building a sales engine that's set to make a huge impact in the industry.

What you'll be doing
7. Leading and developing a team of 15+ (and growing) across multiple UK offices.
8. Driving ambitious sales growth targets across SME and Enterprise.
9. Embedding a high-performance, KPI-driven culture with compliance at its core.
10. Owning lead generation strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals and partnerships.
11. Working closely with marketing on digital journeys, campaigns, and online quote & buy solutions.
12. Staying hands-on: supporting the team with technical sales, process improvements, pricing, and training.

14. Strong knowledge across commercial motor and non-motor insurance.
15. Experience selling into both SME and Enterprise clients.
