We are looking for a proactive part-time Administrator to join the Oxfordshire Adult ADHD Service serve its patients to the best of its ability.
We are a small yet dedicated team in search of a new part-time Administrator. You will need:

* Strong written and verbal communication.
* A big heart to keep you going on the more challenging days.
This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a young service (established 2021) as it continues to develop and expand.
The service's operational hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Precise working hours are flexible and can be negotiated, although the ability to work at least part of the day on a Monday and a Friday is an essential requirement.
Main duties of the job
This role will involve:
* General administrative duties including typing letters, report writing, minute taking, and data recording/collection.
* Taking phone calls from patients and professionals within and outside of the Trust.
* Handling and processing general enquiries into the service.
* Entering and processing clinical information using a variety of software programs and electronic health record systems.
* Liaising with patients to book clinic appointments.
* Providing a reception services to visitors when needed.

Qualifications
* Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment
* Working knowledge of email systems, RiO and CareNotes programmes
People Skills
* Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation
* Able to work as a team player
