About the role:
Our Master Data team plays a vital role in ensuring data standards, compliance, and accuracy across our commercial systems. We are now looking for a Commercial Pricing and Master Data Assistant to join us and support the delivery of accurate product, supplier, and pricing information that underpins our trading operations.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of data stewardship services in line with agreed SLAs, ensuring product portfolio data from all suppliers is entered, enriched, and maintained to the highest standard. You’ll play a key part in replicating, testing, and maintaining pricing strategies, as well as monitoring and resolving data-related alerts across systems.
Supporting the Accounts Payable function, you’ll help identify and resolve mismatches between purchase orders and invoices, ensuring smooth financial processing. You’ll also produce reports and analysis to support commercial decision-making, from price comparisons to promotional pricing performance.
Maintaining integrity and consistency of data will be at the heart of your work, whether you’re reviewing replenishment cycles with the Forecast and Replenishment team, conducting cyclical data reviews with the Management Information team, or providing subject matter expertise to ensure reports are accurate for planning and operational use.
This role offers the chance to contribute to continuous improvement across data and pricing workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, driving efficiencies, and ensuring right-first-time data handling to support informed commercial decision-making.
