We are partnering with a leading FTSE listed global fintech organisation who are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst to join the business. This role will play a key part in providing data analytics, modelling, and technical support across their global Reward programmes. This will be key in delivering data-driven insights that will help inform strategic reward decisions globally.
This will be an initial 4-6 month contract paying £300-£350 per day Inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
* Annual Pay and Bonus Review Analytics
* Build and maintain complex compensation models to support the annual salary
* Create dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights
* Prepare gender pay gap data, including headline analysis
Key Requirements:
* Strong analytical and modelling skills
* Experience with data visualisation tools
* Proven reward leadership in a UK-listed, global organisation
* Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative analysis
* Strong attention to detail
