They are now seeking a confident, detail-focused Reservations Agent to join their reservations team and play a key role in shaping the guest journey from first contact through to arrival, where first impressions truly count.

Responsibilities as a Reservations Agent…
10. Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a professional and personable manner
11. Processing room reservations accurately using the hotel booking systems
12. Advising guests on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities
13. Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue where appropriate
14. Supporting the wider reservations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
You’ll be a great fit if you:
15. Have previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or a customer-facing role within a 4 or 5-star environment
16. Communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with guests
17. Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
18. Thrive in a busy, service-focused environment
19. Take pride in delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry onwards
