Exciting New Opportunity: Van Sales Specialist – Multi-Franchise LCV Operation Location: Taunton Salary: Competitive| OTE UNCAPPED! Hours: Monday to Friday's 08:30–18:00, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis! Are you a proven van sales performer in the motor industry? Deliver sales in line with company standards, processes, and targets. Build and maintain strong supplier and client networks. Provide expert advice on vehicle specifications, pricing, and finance options. Support our LCV aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Maximise all sales opportunities through effective lead management. Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance guidelines. Play an integral role in shaping a growing multi-franchise van operation. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who combines experience, drive, and strong industry networks to help grow our multi-franchise van sales operation, who can demonstrate: Proven success in automotive sales (LCV) - supporting the development of new business Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of finance and insurance within vehicle sales. A proactive, customer-first mindset with the drive to exceed targets. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads effectively. A professional network that can help grow our LCV sales operation ​ Is This You?
