Responsibilities: We own and continuously improve the accuracy, integrity, and governance of colleague data and People systems. We produce regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll, and reward. We analyse trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making. We act as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation. We support reward, pay, and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration. We support the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration, and statutory reporting, including gender pay gap reporting. We provide guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems, and operational processes.
