Role: Analyst, EPM


Role Summary

As a Senior Analyst, you will join a team responsible for managing and supporting the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies that deliver modern consolidation, account reconciliation, and data management capabilities to achieve digital and business goals. You will partner with digital and business leaders to optimize financial processes, enhance decision-making, and drive the organization’s financial success.


Responsibilities

* EPM Solution Implementation: Design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutions to meet financial reporting and analysis needs.
* Financial Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for financial process improvement and transformation initiatives.
* Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to understand financial reporting requirements and translate them into EPM specifications.
* Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between EPM systems and other financial applications and databases; manage data integration efforts.
* Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training sessions for end-users.
* Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis; conduct QA of EPM reports and data.
* Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries related to EPM systems.
* Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in EPM and financial analytics; provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of EPM configurations, processes, integrations, and workflows.
* Application Ownership: Monitor and optimize EPM systems to enhance performance, usability, and reliability.
* Continuous Improvement: Manage ongoing vendor releases and coordinate testing, issue resolution, and production release with business partners.

Education/Certifications

* BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related technical discipline
* Certification in relevant technologies and EPM systems is a plus
* Certifications in relevant Finance & Accounting disciplines are a plus


Experience / Minimum Requirements

* 5+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
* 2+ years contributing to architecture and design of new/current systems
* 2+ years managing EPM systems (enhancements, support, patching, etc.)
* Functional domain knowledge in Finance (operating models, reporting analysis, processes)
* Experience with EPM software such as Oracle Cloud EPM
* Knowledge of data extraction/integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica IDMC, AWS Glue)
* Solid scripting knowledge for consolidations, rules, data management, and EPM automation
* Experience building metadata, business rules, data reconciliation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration
* Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies

Working Conditions

Fully Remote. This position may require 10% travel or more during peak program execution.


Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $96,500 - $132,700 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by factors including experience, role-related knowledge, education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Compensation may include discretionary annual cash bonus, equity incentives, and other benefits. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year and 12 paid holidays per year.
