Role: Business Development Manager- Engineering industry!
Location: Bradford- BD10, Free on-site parking
Hours: 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Thursday 08.45am to 5:00pm and an early finish on a Friday of 12:30pm.
Please note these are core working hours, but you can start earlier and finish earlier if this suits you!
Salary: £45,-£55, per annum plus bonus
Start date: ASAP

Our Bradford client is looking to recruit an experienced Business development Manager/ Sales Representative to join their busy and well-established organisation. You will report directly to the Managing Director and Technical Manager. You will combine your technical knowledge, industry experience and sales skills to achieve the companies growth aspirations.
Key Duties:
1. Support the growth of the business in line with agreed plans and targets
2. Research and explore new markets, that you and / or the business identifies
3. Develop and build relationships with both new and existing customers
4. Key account management - Ongoing communication and support with ongoing and potential key accounts.
5. Help drive service excellence through the business
6. Liaise with engineering teams with customer technical specifications so the correct solutions can be made
7. Onsite meetings and visits with clients
8. Proactively manage UK wide customer visits, which may incorporate site inspections by other teams
9. Discuss and advise with customers all information relating to types, functions, features and benefits of all process equipment.
10. Present information internally about customer trends when required and contribute to marketing activity and development plans.
11. Deliver outstanding customer service and adopt cared relationship management
12. Play a key role in progressing customer proposals to order stage including the negotiation process.
13. Industrial networking- Attending events such as conferences and exhibitions
Experience needed for this role:
14. Previous experience within a Business Development role
15. Excellence customer service and Relationship building
16. Strategic thinking
17. Industry knowledge- General Manufacturing or Engineering
18. Good understanding of different industrial sectors, key machinery providers and blue chip companies.
19. Collaborative, enthusiastic and friendly personality
