Based in Glasgow, you will receive hands‑on experience across key aspects of customer experience and service delivery at the heart of our National Hiredesk. By the end of the programme you will have a strong understanding of how customer experience drives business performance and the skills to shape it.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop a deep understanding of GAP One, our National Hiredesk, and how it supports customers and depots nationwide.
* Handle customer enquiries and support end‑to‑end hire processes while delivering a professional, positive service experience.
* Learn how service performance is measured, including customer feedback, service levels and operational KPIs.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes, and ways of working.
* Support customer experience initiatives and projects that directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Build strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
