The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major infrastructure programmes, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle. The role offers exposure to nationally significant projects, working alongside experienced commercial professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing project costs and commercial performance
* Auditing Defined Costs under NEC contracts
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Change management and compensation events
* Supporting procurement and tender processes
* Managing stakeholder and client relationships
* Providing commercial advice across project delivery teams
* Reviewing and challenging contractor submissions where required
Requirements
* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects
* Strong experience working under NEC forms of contract is essential
* Experience auditing Defined Costs is essential
* Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
* Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
* Ability to work within a collaborative project environment
