We specialise in shipping goods to Amazon FBA warehouses worldwide, D2C shipping, kitting, unloading containers and managing customer returns. We have a large client database who operate mainly on Amazon, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

Job Description:
We Prep E-commerce Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our proactive and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn all there is to know about e-commerce, shipping and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding efficiently to customers via email, online tickets, live chat system and telephone
* Coordinate the end-to-end freight forwarding process for air, sea, and land shipments.
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth and efficient shipment of goods.
* Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
* Monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule and resolve any issues that arise.
* Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain relationships with logistics partners.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments.
