A well-established law firm in Ottery is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest or experience in residential property matters and be comfortable working with a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers
* Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client care
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction progression
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective service
* Adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with an interest or experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
* Willingness to work flexibly with one day remote working and the rest in the Ottery office
