Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bermuda (Main Contractor)

Salary: Tax free / low tax. In the range of USD$120,000 - $160,000
About the Role
The successful candidate will initially be dedicated full-time to a $25m+ Commercial project, providing full commercial oversight from procurement through delivery. After this assignment, you will support a diverse portfolio of upcoming works across various sectors.
This is a contractor-QS position requiring a commercially astute professional who can work independently, represent the organisation with confidence, and drive value throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Full cost management of major capital projects ($25m+)
* Procurement strategy, tendering, contract administration and commercial reporting
* Risk, value, and change management
* Liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels
* Ensuring programme, cost, and quality objectives are met
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management
* Proven track record delivering projects of $25m+ value
* Strong professional capability
* International, island, or Caribbean project experience preferred - not essential
* Ability to relocate to Bermuda on a single-status basis
* Adaptability, independence, and strong communication skills
