A high-attaining "Outstanding" academy in Slough is seeking a dedicated Attendance & Welfare Officer for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. This position is scheduled for 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00). You will be responsible for managing attendance technicalities while building humane, supportive relationships with families to ensure every student thrives. Requirements Essential: Previous experience in an attendance or welfare-focused role within a UK school. Essential: Proficiency in school MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom).
