The Role

• Manage and maintain site utilities, including steam boilers, compressed air systems, chilled water and HVAC equipment.
• Oversee building and external area maintenance.
• Manage a small facilities department.

The Person

• Site Services / Facilities Engineering background.
• Experience with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with equipment such as steam boilers, compressed air systems, water treatment plants, HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
