Join the Fylde Coast Admin Team – Community Mental Health Team Fylde & Wyre (CMHT F&W) as a highly motivated administrative support officer. The role involves a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities to support the delivery of community mental health services.
* Provide reception and telephone service, communicating with patients, staff and external stakeholders.
* Process and generate routine correspondence, maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with general office duties, handling administrative tasks both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A good standard of education and strong communication skills.
* Previous administration experience essential.
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer‑care skills; able to communicate and deal with people.
* Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to process routine correspondence.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.

* Salary and duty schedule are consistent with local public sector rates.
* Flexibility in working patterns – term time, part time, compressed hours and flexi‑time are considered.
