Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team at a busy student accommodation hostel in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control access to the building
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises
* Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
* Maintain accurate incident reports and logs
* Provide assistance to residents and visitors when required
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements
* Valid SIA Security Licence (required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred
* Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
