Job Title: Onboarding Administrator
Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Full time, 37.5 hours
Hybrid working
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £25, ,500 DOE

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering a smooth onboarding process for new starters and internal movers
* Issuing accurate contracts and managing pre-employment screening
* Building strong relationships with candidates and keeping them informed every step of the way
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet SLAs and uphold quality standards
* Escalating delays and resolving issues with care and professionalism
What You'll Bring
* Proven admin experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
* Confidence managing stakeholders and juggling priorities
* A proactive, organised approach with a keen eye for detail
