This role is part of an Outstanding Two-School Trust and offers the opportunity to work within a growing SEMH programme, providing practical support to pupils and staff while contributing to the development of best-practice strategies.

SEMH Practitioner | Whats on Offer:
* Competitive Outer London Salary MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
* Permanent, full-time role starting in April/September 2026
* 36 hours per week, term-time only
* Work alongside experienced teachers and SEN/SEMH specialists
* Play a key role in delivering SEMH interventions and promoting positive behaviour
SEMH Practitioner | The Role:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
2. Assist pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and resilience within the classroom
3. Support teachers in implementing behaviour strategies and structured interventions
