Kured Search are working with a dynamic software house driving the innovation of cutting-edge products within the healthcare industry. After significant success across healthcare organisations, we are now looking to expand our reach into the care home sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead efforts in bringing their products into residential care homes.


Role Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the care home sector. You’ll leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with our mission of delivering customer-first, solution-based sales. Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers within care homes, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions through our innovative software products.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Sales Strategies: Design and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business within the residential care home sector.
* Customer-First Approach: Adopt a consultative sales approach, always putting the customer’s needs first, while promoting solutions that add real value to care home operations.
* Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize your established network and contacts within the care home industry to generate leads and grow our presence in this market.
* Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Product Expertise: Stay informed on the latest product offerings and developments to effectively communicate how our solutions can enhance care home operations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet market needs and customer expectations.


Key Requirements:

* Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales within the care home industry, with a strong network of contacts and a proven track record of sales success.
* Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the challenges and needs of residential care homes, with the ability to tailor solutions effectively.
* Solution Sales Mindset: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to position customer-first, value-driven solutions.
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, able to engage and influence key stakeholders.
* Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Highly driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for meeting sales targets.
