About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, highly organised receptionist to join our Cardiff office. You'll be the first point of contact for our people, clients, and guests, ensuring reception runs smoothly. This is a key role at the heart of Capital, based on site in Cardiff, five days a week, on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.
Key Requirements
* Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and guests ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post
* Oversee the switchboard and reception e-mail address, dealing promptly with queries
* Arrange staff travel and accommodation
* Order and maintain stationary supplies
* Arranging and sourcing couriers
* Arranging dry cleaning collections
* Assist the Facilities Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a receptionist
* Commitment to providing an excellent service
* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams)
* Onsite role – this role is based at our Cardiff Office. You will be required to work in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m p.m.
