Your Tasks
As a Project Manager in Sales Dealer Management Systems & Client Relationship Management within a dynamic team, you should be a self-starter capable of managing projects independently.
Responsibilities include:
* End-to-end project management with experience in DMS (Keyloop, Pinewood) & CRM systems, organizational skills, and requirement management across multiple functional areas.
* Implementing processes and improving efficiency with a customer-centric approach. Managing JIRA tasks, project communication, and administration.
* Monitoring data in collaboration with third-party vendors and retailer networks to resolve data issues. Knowledge of strategic and digital marketing tactics is a plus.
* Supporting CRM system setup and system roll-out, with a focus on frictionless retailing.
* Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and effective communication to align priorities and escalate issues when necessary.
The position is envisaged as a 5-day workweek, with approximately 2-3 days in the office in Farnborough.
