Job Description
Your role as a Warehouse Administrator will require you to enter details of photographic and office printing products into our repair system so that it is clear when and what has been received or dispatched.
You will allocate repairs to our sub‑contractors and technicians, cover goods in and dispatch duties, and contact customers by phone, e‑mail or face‑to‑face at reception regarding our range of repair services and provide status updates. Adopt a positive, professional, and courteous attitude to both internal and external customers, taking full ownership of any issues. Work towards defined objectives and targets relating to individual, team, and department Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). In the warehouse environment you will also be required to lift heavy products following our Health and safety manual handling guidelines.

Salary £22,597 – £24,591 (dependent on experience)
