 
        
        Overview
The Sales Administrator is responsible for dealing with enquiries from our smaller customers and supporting our team of Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities
 * Handle enquiries from micro customers regarding our online training and convert these into sales opportunities.
 * Administer POs and process smaller orders with timely fulfilment.
 * Provide support to our team of Sales Consultants by managing the sales queue and directing inbound enquiries to the correct departments.
 * Utilise our CRM and lead management tools to track and assist with forecasting sales activity.
 * Develop a deep understanding of HST products and services in order to provide advice to customers.
 * Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and help with reporting to ensure sales targets are being met.
 * Produce and work to sales plans, team objectives and the company's core values.
 * Supply accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports.
 * Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
 * Attend training events relevant to the role and HST values.
 * Carry out any other duties that the company deems appropriate.

Qualifications
 * A collaborative team player with the ability to work to team goals and a drive to exceed expectations.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, customers and suppliers.
 * A self-starter, highly organised, able to manage and prioritise work effectively with a good attention to detail.
 * Be comfortable working from home, using core Google and Microsoft Office applications and other industry relevant programs and software.
 * Experience of CRM systems would be an advantage.
