🔍 About the Role
As an Energy Sales Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic sales renewal team where your goal is to consult with business clients on their energy contracts, build strong relationships, and guide them through renewal or switching processes with professionalism and insight.
This is a purely office-based role, working closely with a supportive and experienced team. You'll enjoy structured training, great earning potential, and clear career progression.
💡 Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound B2B calls to discuss energy contract renewals
* Manage a portfolio of warm leads and existing business clients
* Offer tailored advice on energy procurement options
* Build trust through expert consultation and customer service
* Work to individual and team KPIs with support from management
* Track client engagement and progress through CRM and internal systems
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 12 months of outbound telesales experience (B2B preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident, target-driven and highly self-motivated
* Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities
* Able to manage multiple priorities with precision and focus
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
