Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience
* Some high school education
* Experience in operations preferred
Food Safety:
Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification must be obtained at the applicant's own expense.
ADA Statement:
Employees must work in hot environments with steam and vapors, remain standing for long periods, and work quickly and accurately. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working in noisy, hot kitchens with limited space, and managing a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and conflict management skills are essential.
