Midday Supervisors We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our successful team. The successful candidate will be confident, friendly and approachable and will enjoy working with children outside the classroom. Duties will include supporting the children while they eat their lunch, encouraging positive behaviour and supervising children during playtime, organising games for them to play where appropriate. The role will also involve providing additional support for a child with SEND. This will involve providing support to the child whilst eating lunch and supervising the child on the playground. The role will also involve an element of intimate care as the child will need assistance getting to and from the toilet. We are looking for a candidate who: Has enthusiasm, commitment and a positive outlook. Sets high standards of behaviour and is able to inspire and motivate children. Is consistent, fair and able to implement the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy effectively. Enjoys communicating with children. Is committed to safeguarding all our children. Is able to lead lunchtime activities that engage children in purposeful play. Is committed to nurturing the Christian ethos of the school.
