An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Associate to join our dedicated and compassionate nursing team in Trauma & Orthopaedics. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Team Nursing, taking responsibility for your allocated patients and ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard.

Important information: This vacancy is for aNurse Associateposition only. Applicants must hold Nurse Associate registration with the NMC.Registered Nurses should not applyas applications will not be shortlisted.

Visa Sponsorship: This position isnot eligiblefor Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.


Main duties of the job

* Providing excellent patient care and ensuring that patients always come first.
* Undertaking a range of delegated clinical care duties within your level of competency, acting on your own initiative to deliver agreed care plans.
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Team Nursing within the clinical area.
* Accurately recording and reflecting care provided in the electronic patient record system (EPIC).
* Mentoring and supporting new care assistants as they complete the Care Certificate.
* Ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care and an excellent patient experience, with respect for their customs, religious beliefs, and personal preferences.
