Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a respected multi office law practice that continues to go from strength to strength across the South West. Known for its long standing reputation, high quality work and supportive culture, the firm is now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The Role You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working on a broad mix of matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Post completion work You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient conveyancing service while maintaining excellent communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals. Collaboration is central to the team, and you'll work closely with colleagues to keep transactions progressing efficiently. You'll also have the opportunity to support the department's continued growth through local networking and relationship building. Candidate Requirements We're looking for a qualified conveyancer who can confidently manage a residential property caseload independently.
