The Works
As General Manager of The Fox, you'll take full ownership of performance, culture and guest experience. This is a high-energy, high-standards venue and you will be at the centre of it all.
You will lead from the front, creating a workplace where people feel valued, standards are non-negotiable, and hospitality feels effortless.

Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of sales, labour control and profit
Passionate about building engaged teams and developing future leaders
A natural host who understands how to create atmosphere and memorable guest experiences
You are responsible for:
Leading day-to-day operations and delivering service excellence
Driving sales growth and maximising profitability
Developing, coaching and retaining a high-performing team
Managing P&L performance, wage percentages and stock control
Championing compliance, health & safety and brand standards
Building a venue culture aligned with Buzzworks values
